This is a Tecumseh HSK 850 2 cycle 5 hp snowblower engine. It runs like a champ.It's going into the Frijole-if not,then it will propel the Grand Prix.
The Frijole already has jackshaft mounts on the frame-the GP will need them welded on. The engine has a long 1" crank end-I have an 18t sprocket with a keyway that,hopefully,will work with the jackshaft setup. The configuration of the engine,whether it is straight up or laid down,will depend on how it fits into the little frame. My brother is making a mount similar to a West Bend mount (which is where I got the inspiration to do this in the first place). A throttle cable bracket will need fabbed as well. I'll keep everyone posted......
