What did the Doc say ? Hope it gets better soon NOS !

Went to the ER.

Nurse and Xray techs were Smokin hot young ladies ( male nurse at reguistration was a fat guy not interesting at all lol ).

I felt REAL bad exposing my smelly foot to them lol.

Nothing broke, just need a couple of weeks to heal and get back to regular work..
Made a walking stick from a bamboo broom handle at work and do shows twice a day on surface for the mine employees.

Mine manager says I need a pocket watch and monical if I am going to sing puttin on the ritz with my cane in hand for a more fassionable touch.
all and all they are treating me real nice on the surface world, but I am looking forward to being realsead in my natural subteranian habbitat.

Not off.
Not a lost time.

I ice it 5 times a day, do a little light repair work.
Boss checks on me often and finds easy work for me ( like paper work ).

I have a very good boss.
His boss, and the big boss stopped in today to see me.
They found me working at the time too.
They said nice things when they saw me doing some light duty repairs and later in a sneak observation ( to make sure i was not faking ) icing my foot..

Stay home..
With Mrs. Nos are you out of your mind!!!!!

Rest, ice, compression, and elevation.
Don't let it get stiff on ya though.
A lace up ankle brace would do ya wonders.

I do that.

Roll a tennis ball under foot and cold water bath to reduce swellling.

Compression bandage....

Tonight I added a little beer to the mix but I will get it up in the air soon.

Dunno what its like where you work buck, but them nurses made me take notice up here.
I am old enough to be their dad in all cases so I should not look.
But its hard to ignore a nice young lady who wigles as she walks escorting you to old the waiting room.
The cold bucket of water is the blank look when you make a joke that she does not get because your old......

I got to the hospital at 10 am.
Back on the mine property at 1 pm.
Cant fault Ohip for that.
Frequent fliers to the ER were probably not up yet ( bars not open ).
A few screaming banbies with fevers, one mentaly ill youngman escourt by the constabularly for assesment, no barfiing drunks or half naked indians.
All and all not a bad day at the ER.

I bruised my heel pretty bad about a month ago, still don't know how or what I did but it comes and goes and when it hurts it's all I can do to walk on it. I don't know what you do for a bruised heel but man I hope it gets better soon!

Getting a bum foot or ankle sucks because no matter what you do for a living you have to be able to get around, hope you get to feeling better soon NOS!
