Carb still needs tuning, but got her up to 6500 on the tach. Let off and she died

to be honest i wasnt really fond of that frame when i first seen it but there growing on me now mark does bad ass work thats a sweet frame

Brakes bled and chain installed.

Chain length was funny. either really short or a lot of slop.

Went shorter and used very little of the tensioner

What do you guys think?

I guess the chain can stretch a little?

3 stage header built, painted, and wrapped.

Considering adding a bracket, not sure yet.

Seat mocked up and bolted down.

Trying to decide on a flat black seat or a black and white checkered material

Had to swap out my clutch

Was told I had got the modified clutch they sell, and that it wouldn't hold up. It was a smaller version.

Got this 4 disk Tomar in today. Should be good now

Allright guys

Carb is acting up

Was told it was too lean in the video, so I put the biggest jet they make for it in it and still this. I dropped one half the size in and itll rev up but only to 4500

Idles ok here in the video. But give it gas and she dies. This was the big main jet

Any help is appreciated

Timing is verified on both the flywheel and cam

Is this a newer gx390? If it has the new digital CDI it incorporates a rev limiter. If it is the fix is to use a clone coil which does not have a rev limiter

It is indeed a UT2 engine

The coil is one from NR racing to supposedly bypass that
