vintage gocart

hello i went to a sale with intentions of buying a minibike frame and this gocart caught my eye instead , looks to be factory made but iam not sure , does any body know if it wasfactory made and if so the brand of the cart thanks for your help

Not a factory job to that I am 100% sure. I have seen carts made out of a wooden plank a couple of 2 x 4's and little wagon wheels put a lot of smiles on peoples faces. Fun starts in you brain not your wallet.
