A few days ago I heard a cover of the original song " Sound of Silence ( simon and Garfunkle). By a band named Disturbed. I am not a Disturbed fan as a matter of fact I have no knowledge of any other songs they perform. However I am familiar with Simon and Garfunckle. Since hearing the cover by Disturbed I have You Tubed Their (Disturbed) version and listened to it about 12 times. The original version is wonderful and In my opinion the cover is AWSOME very well done and respectable. If I only heard that version( Disturbed) for the rest of my days that would be OK with me. Kudos to the band on a JOB WELL DONE!!!

I agree 100%...I sent it to my older brothers who are in there late 50s and early 60s...they said the same thing....nicely done!!
