They do look like the K10 forkset from BMI, they are suzuki made and I've heard they are decent. Looks like someone re-enforced the frame and added a larger fork neck to accomedate them, as for the minibike I have no clue!:shrug:

Check the diameter of the frame tubing, and look for metric fasteners. Taiwan?

all tubeing is 1" BUT the single top tube is 1 1/8 bolts on fork are metric

That's what I told him, it seems to have a different weld on each joint.
However he just found a twin to it, I think on Buffalo NY's C/L. It even has the same forks and huge neck jointing?

Lots of people are starting to build there own line of mini bikes. I've seen some well built ones.
