Nice find Nitro. It is a small frame Ruttman Spyder as Bandit noted. It is hard to tell from one pic as to tell you more info. The bike looks like a 70' to 72' with the 5 spokes. Bit it has the later taller fork springs. look on the engine plate by the left front. Does it have two holes for a vin tag. No holes can be a late 72' Is the kick stand welded to the bottom of the engine plate. Or a newer style welded to the frame. Check the tries to see if they are Carlisle or Early Cheng Shen with small letters. That was started in late 72 also. I have a small stash of NOS Ruttman parts left. I will give you my phone in a PM.
