What's the best brigs and hp size for a mini bike?

Wanting to know what's the best brigs new or old. What's the best hp size engine for an adult not to slow not to fast just right.

3HP was your common engine.

3 horses of raw goodyear burning power.......as long you have no weight on it and its on a polished concrete floor I sold that engine to put a 5hp on that bike....I think I'm just gonna build another 3 for it.

Keep the height of your frame in mind, this is that same bike with the 5horse in it, fits but tight:

You can't go wrong with a 5hp. But sometimes those footpeg locations seem to work better with a 3hp.. To each their own. Either way is golden.
