Is that guy saying that we should NOT need to be nice to, for instance, North Korea because they will not like us anyway? Does he mean to say that the Muslim hordes that shake rifles in the air and chant "Death to America" would not stop feeling that way even if we are super nice to them? What a quaint idea...that is not what President Obama says.
