flatheads?

I've heard about this being done, and I've seen pictures, what Tecumseh carburetors and manifolds would you be able to put on a 5hp Briggs and have it run fine? I need an alternative to the tank mounted to the carb that the Briggs have. Thanks, Clayton

I've got a 4hp flathead, everything looks identical to a 5hp flathead on the outside, what are the differences with the internals? I'm looking to buy a billet rod and a different cam

Does anybody know if there is somebody that grinds cams for 3hp Briggs flatties with more lift and duration? I went on the Google and searched around but I didn't find anything. I have welded beads on the lobes of the cam before and ran it but I would like to get one done right. Also, could...
