Cams for 3hp B&S Flatheads?

Does anybody know if there is somebody that grinds cams for 3hp Briggs flatties with more lift and duration? I went on the Google and searched around but I didn't find anything. I have welded beads on the lobes of the cam before and ran it but I would like to get one done right.

Also, could I leave the motor bone stock and put a cam in it? or would I have to do some other upgrades?

No problem Little Buddy! I think there was a class in Quarter Midgets that used the 3 horse Briggs, but those will be used parts probably.

You can trust Tim! I don't think you can say the same for Ebay on used parts.

Ya I emailed Tim, and then searched ebay quickly and found nothing anyway. Iskenderian is a well known and trusted name so I have no concnerns about quality, etc. :thumbsup:

You will need spring for a high lift cam.
$5 for 2 springs
