A new rope in the recoil starter.

Anyone know the diameter of the recoil rope used on tecumsehs? There's many to choose from.

Guys the start rope won't rewind. When the cover is off the recoil works fine, it's how hard the shaft is to turn that keeps it from rewinding. See the pic with the screwdriver pointing to the shaft and flywheel. That's where the problem is... I think. Any ideas? Thanks

I noticed the pull rope is on the rigt of the engie can or is ok to rotate the assemble so it is on the backside ? Flyier

Anyone have some parts for this 4weeler All it has is electric start and i'm wanting to add a backup pull rope. Also needing the front cover on the top frontend where my batt sits is a suzuki 160 quad year ?1989?? i think all i use it for is to drag or haul stuff around its not a toy all work...
