2015 Build-Off Entry OPEN CLASS-SEARS-ROPER UPDATE

My first build off and ready to have some fun trying to make this thing move!Cheers-Mike Z

Been working on frame to repair oblong mounts for swing arm.

Repairing engine mount.Former owner had cut on mount making it weak.It would flex with finger pressure.

Had to fix brake and decided to go with rear drum brake.Also made chain tensioner to keep chain off of frame.

Got some painting in today!

Have been sanding on fork trying to deside how much of it to paint.It has a lot of chrome peeled and steel pitted deeply in places.What I don't paint I'll clear.

Went to a go kart swap meet over the week end to find some pieces to finish my 5hp Briggs.Now to deside what carb to run!

Decided to use a Walbro off an animal

Got front end painted.Was pitted to bad to polish so just painted and cleared

Dug up some 1/4" scrap aluminum and going to make some simple fenders

Bent up a luggage rack/cooler mount today.
