5hp flat head easy start cam ?

Does anyone know if there is a aftermarket CAM with the easy start compression release arm for the 5hp flat head? If so where can I buy. Thanks

I believe the "easy start" is a larger diameter pull starter. youll notice the 60s engines had a small recoil and they later went to a larger one around 1970 which makes it easier
