Thanks guys! I cut down the original foot pegs so I can weld on a pair of folding ones. Narrowed the front hub and mocked up the 72 tooth sprocket. I need to pick up some flat stock steel for the fender brackets and to make other mounts.
I was able to get a few things done today. Swapped out the tank, oil dipstick, air cleaner and the pull start. Still need to remove the blower housing and weld up the hole for the primer.
Mocked up the chain tensioner to see where I'm at as far as the alignment goes. I think I need to make a longer bracket and maybe mount it lower on the pto mount with a different tension spring. Not sure about this muffler yet?
Got some parts in from OldMiniBikes yesterday. Seat is harder than Chinese Math! Going to use these tires for the bike and I have all the brackets cut, just need to be welded on the frame.
