Arc rod torque specs standard 3.303 rod

Hey guys. I tore my motor down to look at everything. Piston, rings, bearings, etc.

I ordered some new main bearings and rod bolts. I lost my piece of paper with the bearing clearance, journal size, and torque specs. For the life of me I cant remember them all, and losing the paper didn't help much.

Can someone post them up for me or pm them to me?

170 inch lbs.
I think it's something like 80in lbs first then 20 inlb increments till you get to 170. if you use moly lube, 150 should do it.
