Does anyone know where I could get a sprocket hub/brake drum for 6" astro wheels?

have you checked Snowmobile Parts, ATV Parts, Go Kart Parts, Mini Bike Part, Lawn Mower Parts, Chainsaw Part and Small Engine Parts?

they might have it.

The astro wheel has a 5 bolt pattern. I've checked all the go kart parts places I know, and I've only seen hubs with 3 and 4 bolt patterns.

why not use a caliper. i had a friend put my blank sprocket on his lathe to get the 5 holes lined up perfect, then i made 5 spacers out of 1/2" steel tube, making sure i had enough space for the caliper to fit between the tire and the sprocket. and bought longer bolts. i havent mounted the caliper yet, but it works.
