As all of you know by now,I am currently building a Bird Sprite/Penney's Big Blue. I was wondering-did either bike come in the color yellow? When I got this bike,it was painted yellow-with a black Tecumseh H25-and I have removed the paint,not finding any evidence of any other color like you would probably find somewhere on the frame or chain guard. Once the frame was media blasted,it showed that it had a round sticker on the front of the fork plate. This would tell me that it was a Foremost-but did Big Blue models come in yellow as well? Or did the Bird Sprite come in yellow as well as orange,like in the ad? The round sticker is the same size as a Foremost,but that does not necessarily prove it was one.......Any info is greatly appreciated.
