The motor plate that looks like harmonica is a Powerdyne give-away....:doah:
Also the unique wheels...striped fenders...that gaudy, wide sprung sissy bar....and the molded vinyl seat (also used by ARCO)
That particular bike had a cylindrical gas tank on the top bars with a fuel gauge in the cap.....the two brackets held a fiberglass shell that made it look like a "real" motorcyle tank.
Here's a hard tail version I had :
I cut the vertical tabs off because I liked the bike better with the cylinder tank showing....also had a "Rootbeer Sparkle" seat with a whale-tail on mine
