I don't own a Boonie but I have the manual shift jackshaft from one. Mine is missing the spring entirely. I have enough parts to make an automatic shift one. That setup just intrigues me with how it works.

I could help you if you want to bring it to grand rapids. Maybe some Sunday. I wouldn't take long to get it back up and running. But those internal springs on these two speed trannys are pretty much non existent.

We'll put a single sprocket on the jackshaft and have you back up and going in no time.
