briggs 10 hp shroud with pull starter

have a briggs believe it a 10hp? its about 2 inches or so taller than a 8 hp shroud older style flathead 4 has 2 bolts on the top

not really sure of the hp on this engine measures 15 inches tall to the top of the head bolts

Its larger than 8hp. the 8hp is close to 14" tall on the briggs. I have two large engines one 8HP IC and one unidentifed but complete 7 or 8HP, and they are both the same. can you find out another way on hp. must be some kind of engine ID.

here are the pics i also need the air cleaner i think the choke lever might be incorporated with it it is spring loaded to open observe the choke lever bolt spread on carb is 2 inch
