calling all old school walboro 2 stroke carb gurus

I have a 440 Rockwell jlo on my Trisport.
Finally got my tank and I wanted to test run it.
I'll post pics how I have it set up below.

It will only run with the choke on and won't run at idle.
It is really delayed with throttle input although it will rev....likes to be delayed and hang for a second before returning to trying to bog down and die.

Obviously it needs more fuel since it will only run at choke.

I was told it is suppose to be set up like this:
Center bottom is for fuel intake
Offset center bottom is a fuel return
And the fitting on the side of the bowl is to be hooked to crank case

Any help is appreciated. I have no idea what the top and side adjustment do either........
I'll pull it this week and clean it is there anything I need to be careful with etc? Where can I get carb parts for it?

Oh and mix is 20:1 per recommendation.

carb looks pretty dirty.the screws are for your mixture adjustments.high speed on top,low on the side

All your lines are as they should be. However, them WD carbs make great paper weights and door stops.

Switch to a Tilly OR a Mikuni an never look back, LOL
