Evidently, race karts use 1/2 inch pedals and the grips might work, but not coke bottles.

I just Googled: vintage tricycle handlebar grips. There are some that look like the ones you are searching for. If you look hard, you may find the exact ones. Good luck with your search.

That could be a last resort option
