Doodlebug DB30

So i built a motor for my aszua minibike... i was looking to make it as fast as possible. well let me tell you all something you already know. doing 60mph on a aszua with 5 inch wheels will make your life flash before your eyes... i jumped on craigslist and found a junk db30 for 200 bucks!

So a little background on the motor:
HF 212
billet flywheel
ARC Billet rod
.625 bored carb
flat top piston
Milled Head
honda crank
titanium pushrods
28lb valve springs
MOD2 Cheater Cam
13t hillard clutch
copper head gasket
walboro fuel pump
removed GOV

so this was on the aszua with a 53t rear sprocket. i like the speed..plus it doesn't want to do wheelies every time you get a little "whiskey throttle" lol.

the fenders that were on this bike were horrible, they were so bent up... i found some on online for 10 bucks, one of the footpegs was bent beyond repair, and like i said it had 3 coats of paint!!!! not fun to take off. lol! so i talked to a buddy that owns a local speed shop and he cut me a deal on powdercoating. I went with the stock color with a metallic green flake (kinda hard to see in the pics, really pops in the sun)
