I like the steering neck tube cut from a bicycle and welded to a pipe.

I don't see any sign of there ever being a jack shaft or any sprocket on the rear wheel, unfinished project maybe?

Those things are all over my area. Usually in that shape, but they are asking x3 that. Sometimes people refer to them as a Harley mini. I guess for most anything that has even the slightest classic motorcycle style is a Harley Davison.
