Yah, I think it's a great build. Especially for the cost. What puts it into the awesome category for me is not how he built it but why.

Looks like he would get tired pushing it. No rope and I don't see a battery.
Exhaust not there either.
Waste of a good engine.

That motor would be overkill for a go kart let alone a bike. I mean that bike would be scarry in stock form and if you modified the motor (billet rods billet flywheel and reground cam) It would be on par with a drag bike.
