Heald VT-24

In the process of squeezing a Honda GX-670 in my biggest heald, the Honda is 24hp with 35ish pounds of torque stock at 3100rpms. It doesn't fit in the frame with all of the cooling tin so it's gone and it will run on methanol to help keep it cool. A few of build ideas:

Single 38mm flat slide Mukini on sheet metal intake
2 into 1 into 2 headers/exhaust
Goodyear Compass 21x10-8
780 Comet CVT
Jackshaft with 13/60 sprockets
Jackshaft mounted hydraulic disc brake
Aluminum seat pan/fuel tank
Milled heads. 005
Cool plug wires from top fuel dragster
Vintage 120mph speedo

I made a motor plate from .250" and mounted to the bottom of the frame rails get get the required cylinder head/frame clearance, a few cooling fins on the heads had to be trimmed to fit but it looks like the frame and engine were made for each other. Oil filter will need relocated as the jackshaft is I the way now.

I'll post pics with updates.

Yep, Jimmies shop. OldMiniBikes user JPR95. Endless supply of old parts and a better set of tools than a tv repair man. He has my other 2 Healds now if anyone is shopping.
