Help moving gas tank to floor

I'd like to move my stock Predator 212 gas tank from the top of my engine to the floor board, to lower center of gravity and improve weight distribution.

Would I be able to do this simply by running longer fuel lines? Or do I need to get a throttle plate and fuel pump? I estimate the new tank location to be about 30 inches away and lower than the carburetor.

Found my answer on a go kart forum: Tank needs to be higher than carb, otherwise a pump is needed. Thanks

Yep, if gravity can't pull the fuel then you need a pump
