If you're refering to the white car yes it has a mechanical brake, the other lever is forward and reverse. I sold it at a huge profit but would love to have done what the author of this thread did to his, it'll be a blast to ride. Mine was a royal pain and was grossly underpowered.

yes its a mech. disc brake, this was an old manco frame and body, i am just modifieing it.
