Rain is the only way the event will be post pone a week. Other than that the racing is still gonna happen. But I personally think it should be all clear on saturday.

Today I got my carb back from Korndog. It looks good and should work good. But I figured that I wanted a velocity stack on it. So I took out my insane glue and glued on this big velocity stack I had laying around. My buddy Ronald says it will vibrate and fall off. But it seems to be one pretty hard.

Yeah I'm thinking it should work fine. I will see tomorrow how good the glue sticks.

If the stack has a snug slip-fit into or over the carb, then it may hold, but not if it just butts up against the carb. A split piece of hose clamped around it would add extra support if necessary.

The velocity stack only butts up against the carb, no outside clamp. I have this special glue that once you glue it on its permenate. I once glued my gas tank to my frame, had to take it off with a hammer and chissel.
