You could try to remove the cover carefully and glue some higher density foam onto the existing foam, then put the cover back on. I was going to do that to my DB seat but never got around to it :doah:
I think there is another guy besides us three with an old box Nova, I've owned mine for 24yrs and have had it in several configurations. It sits for now awaiting some decisions as to what to do as minitubs go, it gets zero traction even with a limited slip so tires must be bigger. Looks like you guys have the traction thing figured out! I just play on these DBs with my kids a few times a week.:thumbsup:
here is the thread to my build. i explain it about 3/4 of the way down. i dont have any pics of the progress cause i finished the frame in about 4-5 hours and that includes the re assembly of the bike since i had a race the next day and i let somebody borrow the camera so i diddnt have it.
I like your DB! The green ones are nice! Your engine looks good and fast but you need juice brakes IMO my friend! Made a world of difference on mine and mine barely goes 50.:thumbsup:
