Luther

Just got a Luther tote goat. On the side panel there are 3 round holes. One of them has nothing just the hole, do you know the reason for this, this was a barn find, it has not been messed, it even came with a pink slip. Just finished painting the engine and will be ready to ride in the mountains.

I've seen Luther's with unused jackshaft bearing mounting positions. They may have used different options or gearing on different models. There are some good pics of Luther's on this site.

Ok so they should have 2 holes for bearings and yours has a 3rd? Now we need a pic of yours.
