Thanks Karen. This is the only solution I could think of. I just have to weld on a piece of 1/2 inch round stock, paint it black and it should be good to go!

I was able to get some painting done today and assembled the forks. It turned out better than I expected.

That's what I'm hoping for! Still have quite of bit of work to do, but now that the weather is decent I have to keep my butt in the garage.

I received a package from OldMiniBikes warehouse today. Woop woop! Worked on the engine a bit. I didn't take any pics, but will post some tomorrow.

Received decals from minibike Paul. He does great work and ships fast too.

Engine is going back together well too.

Drum and sprocket, brake, and engine ready to go! Tomorrow my last OldMiniBikes order should be here. Hopefully tomorrow will allow me to assemble the front wheel to the forks, and mount the rear tire to the rim.

OldMiniBikes order arrived! Got the front wheel mounted to the forks.

I filled in a few drill holes that were in the frame with weld and ground them smooth.
