My Minibike Build project help!

#1
Ok so first of all I am building my Azusa minibike frame engine everything I am using the predator 212 and put it on it i tried a torque converter but was to much power couldn't even pull the throttle it would wheelie right off the bat but I dont really know how to setup the throttle so i'm kinda screwed there ($70 wasted) So I'm probably going to have to use a normal clutch but my Ideal range of speed is to hit 35-40 but i'm getting ready to purchase a clutch but not sure what to get do I get a 12 tooth or 13 tooth which one would go faster I also have a 72 tooth back wheel sprocket. Also my predator engine shakes extremely bad I do have the engine on 3/4 inch spacers but its tightened very well heck some of the bolts from different parts of the frame are shaking loose I've only ran it about 1 hour out of the 3 hour break in period is there something wrong with it? If you guys could help that would be awesome thanks!

You'll never reach 35-40 with a 72 th rear sprocket unless you use a 14 or 15 tooth clutch assuming you have 6" wheels , it will be far less quick but achieve higher top speed , most Predators shake , some worse than others !!

Is this a stock predator? if so it's governed which is a good thing. I would go back to the torque converter set up. Just go to a 60 tooth rear sprocket to kill off some of the low speed torque. also set up the throttle using the stock cable holder and you can adjust how many rpm the engine will turn with a screw on the throttle mechanism. If you like I can take pics of a correct cable setup and the screw location.
