It looks a lot like a Ruttman Grass Hopper but at least the front end and seat frame and shocks, Lots of parts that have been changed. Steve

Changed my mind I say it is a home built copy of the Ruttman Ugly. Does look cool .

I looked at everything on that bike and it is unique everywhere but the Manco wheels and those style fork braces and maybe the seat style.

If it was home made it was a damn good job. I guessing factory (small)

No, it belongs to my brother. He asked me to replace the engine, it had an old Briggs that did not work. I replaced it with a 6hp Tecumseh. The chopper runs smooth and very comfortable.
