Just posted 6 photos of two Heath Kits I did 3 years back. Now I have a Rupp Scrambler I want to do and money is tight. I want to put a plate on this one as it has front and rear brakes.I am not going to use OEM parts so if any one has put one on the road with a plate let me know what the paper work is all about please.I have some stuff on Ebay under hamlin57.Whats a "Tags" and a "Trackback"?
