the button head fasteners look strange in that hex tunnel.
do we know what size hex bolt that would fit?
They were cast that way to hold the 7/16" (head size) locknut in place on those, usually it was just standard socket cap allen head bolts that went though on the originals, you could put bolt them together either side. Hopefully they have the lugs cast into the inner around the inner lip like the OG's did and you can just drill them out. It had a standard 6 bolt pattern that matched Bendix,manco,fairbanks drums/sprockets and the inner lugs held the nuts captive .....like on a Bonanza kidney bean or spinner wheel

what kind of bike where these wheels OEM on?

Series 2 go powers wheels in 6" were found on Comette, and K&S Maybe a handful of others but they were not a big seller, here is the add of the originals from july '69 IMG_2691.JPG
