Hi, My name is Scott K and I just joined the forum.
I am a 2 stroke vintage engine builder and have been involved with vintage racing karts for the past 10 years. A few years ago I acquired a 1973 Rupp Roadster II in a swap and am just getting around to thinking about restoring and riding it. Nice bike, all original and in pretty good condition. It runs well as is and needs a little torque converter work as it engages at too low a speed but that is about it. It probably needs brakes too. I would like to eventually build something fast with a quick McCulloch engine on it but that will be in the future. I will be checking out the forum each day for topics that interest me.
I saw the thread on the Powell and that bike looks very appealing to me.
Anyway, that is me. See you on the forum.
Scott
