Powell mini bike driven gear

Any help with gear/driven replacement for Powell mini bike?
Got this on Saturday.

Rode it around for about 2 hours over the weekend. Realized the noise I thought was the slop in the belt was actually the chain binding. Took chain off and discovered it has trashed the gear on back of the driven wheel.

Anybody know how to fix?
Is there a replacement part or am I s.o.l.?

I think maybe that's an E bike with the driven from a D or earlier. Look at Havasu Dave Powell build off bike it has a different Driven. Yours is not where it should be. Good luck

Look post some better pics so I can see what's going on . It doesn't look to bad .
Kinda looks like the lever that tightens the belt is kinda jacked up . I have an E model and can help you with your problem . What exactly is it doing ?
