Spent some shop time today and made up my seat mounts

stock mount

the tall mount for a bike seat

I need to make a gas tank , may try useing a soup can and braze on a cap and fuel nipple

Seat ready to go , just did a wrap job lol

Made my tank , brazed up to cyl ends and a tin can screw top

Painted to match the engine

Tank mount uses a stainless hose clamp

Custom header and muffler

Now on to the chain guard and throttle lol

Amazing the back wheel is barely twice the size of the clutch that bike must be tiny. Nice work I wanna see this bike ride:thumbsup:

Can't wait to get home. This Florida heat is killing me. Need to get back home and keep building. Rob, we will need a 48 foot trailer if you keep building at this rate.

I flashed the engine up tonite just for fun , until the engine bolts loosened up lol
need a throttle and the clutch is engageing to soon but its progress.
