Hi there,
I am new to the minibike thing and I bought an old Broncco and after measuring the engine plate, I found that a 6.5 212 Predator would not fit on my application due to the clutch not lining up with the rear sprocket. I previously installed a 79cc on my daughter's go kart with a 12/60 ratio and it goes very very well. So well I had slow it down. I duplicated the same ratio on this mini bike and it wont get out of its own way until it gets going, and going up hills it creeps. I don't want to fool with the governor on the engine because of warranty reasons, and putting a jack shaft on it is not possible because I don't have the capacity to weld, and the previous owner hacked off the tabs where one could be installed. This is a little fun machine for the kiddos (and myself) to ride in the back yard, but this thing really needs to take off faster. Any help or comments are appreciated! Thank you all!
