Small 4" wheeled homemade???

Picked this up at the swapmeet this weekend. Small frame appears to be homemade or maybe an ugly kit. Brake mount looks nicer than homemade. I figured it would just look good as a piece to hang from the ceiling.got it with a couple of motors for $30 then sold the motors for $40 so it stands me less than nothing. Definitely old though....

I don't think it would support my weight. Im not sure it would support the weight of a clone... Lol

Notice the front fork/neck spring? Bet its a smooth ride....lol

Looks like the frame was the Penny's version of the Arco Colt that Markus posted. Forks heavily modified??

does look like it could be a version of that frame with some tweaks....has no forkplate, so maybe not a Penney's branded version.
