The rear hub on my 72 Sabre is steel, I have never had my 71 Shrike apart so I don't know what its made of :shrug: I would have it made of steel if you can :thumbsup:

i have not it is still an issue i can get O.E. plastic used ones but i dont want to go there again :doah: hope i can get some O.M.B. love:wink: someone might have the aluminum ones that some speedways came stock with or gotta get them machined or lathed thanks for asking frankster p.s. your so right "only one more part":laugh:

:crying:upon further inspection the lowers on the forks are not right i will have too see if they will redo it right i have other stuff to chrome still so if i have to pay to have the forks done then i will be spending my money elsewhere they HAVE to be functional and look good:deal:
