tillotson carbs on 5 HP briggs

Show some pics of your tillys on your 5hp's. And what would be the best carb to go with? i will be running a custom exhaust, 3hp flywheel, arc bearing rod, and a cam to wake her up a bit. i like the tillys for the throttle hookup. also what manifolds are the best to run? i was gonna run a 368 a that i bought on ebay but diddnt realize it was a alky carb and do not want to run alky.

Why not just convert the carb you have back to gasoline? I have a Tilly on mine, but it is only mocked up at this point. Other than it looking coller, there really wasn't enough done to my motor to notice a big difference.

Once the carb is alky, you can't go back to gas.
Next time ask us oldminibiker user's before making the purchase.

yea i just diddnt know at the time i purchased the carb thats why i am selling it on ebay. i am thinking of the tilly 383 from gecker what you think? i plan on building a pretty bad ass motor.

Yes the 383, 334, or 304wx gas carbs all work good.

The fuel passeges are drilled larger, we are talking about tiny holes.
