So, thanks for whoever bumped that Etsy seat cover link, I am pumped the way my lime green seat turned out, need to throw a few more staples underneath but I think it's a perfect touch. Also, thanks OND for the new header, looks clean and man, she sounds wicked!

Looks like ya have enough room on your seat cover to add a layer or two of carpet padding!! Chipper swears by that stuff! I'll have to try it on my next seat!! Bike looks great!! :thumbsup:

So, remember when I said I wasn't going to pull the governor........I lied......

Also threw a Dyno mod 2 cam in

And upgraded to the PMR jackshaft kit with a 60 tooth sprocket.

So, overall mods so far:
Non-Hemi Harbor Freight predator motor
GX160 head 14cc head, ported with unshrouded valves and 18lb springs
0.10" head gasket
ARC billet flywheel
ARC billet connecting rod
Dyno mod 2 cam
0.42" jetted carb, upgraded emulsion tube
Air filter
Header
PMR jackshaft kit with 60 tooth sprocket

Oh yeah, and removed governor and have hydraulic brake with heavy duty pads. Finished it and drove it today. Holy :censure:!!! It hauls a**!!! It's pretty sweet. I haven't messed with the timing, I don't know if I want to yet, it runs great right now, starts on first or second pull. This thing is just WAY too fun!!!

Haha, yea I was just cruising along, bolting everything up, tried to turn the motor by hand, and yup, idiot me. Put the rod in the wrong way the first time! Always pay attention to detail so you don't have to rework!!! Thanks for the comments guys, and yes, I do have the PMR clutch guard, just pulled it for the picture.
