Couldn't give you an exact weight number. I'm 250, my minibike weighs a little over 100 pounds. I've had no issues with this clutch pulling me around. I do both drag racing and kart racing so.

I use Horstman Greased Lighting on kart minimum weight 410 lbs (I add 45 lbs to make weight). Works well with stock Animal, but I am thinking it's not going to last very long with your engine.

I think Horstman is phasing this clutch out, so my class to going to Noram Cheetah clutch, a clone of the Horstman Greased Lighting, for less $'s. :thumbsup:

Thanks on everybodys imput. Looks like a Bully 2-disc/6-spring will fit the bill. Any pros or cons on the Noram Cheetah Disc clutch?

I have a cheetah clutch on here...it only makes about 20HP though but no problems.I weigh 225lb's
