Finally got around to setting up the gas tank holder/bracket. I got it all tacked up and will take it to my professional welder to fix up my crappy welds.:laugh: Thank you Eric (Ond) for bending me the loops. They welded on real nice.:thumbsup:

Purrs like a kitten. Put gas and oil in it today and fired it up. Tried to take it for a spin and it would barely go.ut: I had a feeling it was the NOS 40 year old clutch. Took a spin to OldMiniBikes for a new clutch and sure enough, it was the clutch.:thumbsup: Got half way down the block and threw the chain.:laugh: I had a feeling this was going to happen. The rear sprocket I had drilled is defective. The teeth don't line up right. I was involved in a bad batch of sprockets a while back. So some how I am going to drill a blank sprocket. I just have to drill the 3 holes that the sprocket mounts to the wheel.

I used a bearing to center the 2 sprockets, clamped it and drilled away.:laugh:
