Late February update

Sorry I'm late on my February post. The welds on the forks had cracked, so I fixed them yesterday.

March update

I haven't done much since last month, too many distractions around here. Square Chopper is always messin' up my shop:blink: I'm still working on engine choices. I have an H35 side popper and a H40 crankshaft and rod. I think that will make an H40 side popper. I copied Jeff Clark's exhaust, fabricating mine out of steel. I also fabricated an intake for a 20mm Mikuni clone out of a bicycle handlebar.

I'm trying to talk Jake into letting me use these wheels...

I also have a nice HS50 with a ball bearing side cover and a Tecumseh billet connecting rod.

Last of all I have a brand new HS50 that I made another intake for...

Too many choices for an old man...and then there's the local Bonanza brotherhood to deal with...:doah:

Astro wheel halves interchange with those wheels, If he has an Astro wheel he could split one Trail Horse wheel and run Astros on one side of the bike and Trail Horse wheels on the other side of his bike. :laugh:
