We have an inoperative speedometer on our VT-8. There is no (obvious) visible damage and everything "appears" to be connected, however, the cylindrical geared assembly that slides unto the front axle has a protruding "lever" that I suspect must somehow be secured to the wheel hub and goes around...

We do not have the originals. What are you using to secure the front fork shock boots to the fork tubes? Anything other/better than those stainless steel hose clamps? Michael **Edit: Another method that might work would be the stainless steel zip ties, if I could get them tight enough?

It looks like we may be in need of a new rear tire. OEM size is knobby 21 X 12 - 8. My internet search has shown these are quite rare. 22 X 11 - 8 is a very common size you can find all over the internet. Have any of you installed these taller tires on your Super Bronc w/o any clearance issues...
