fit?

i got about 5 of these wisconsin robin 5 horse motors with these carbs here. can anyone tell me if these would work on any other higher performance applications>>? note the quarter next to the ports for size. theres a set of 2 honda carbs as well,unknown what they came off of or fit? thanks...

I have no idea what these rim spacers work on. Diameter is 5 3/4". 1" wide. Bolt holes center to center across the piece is 4 3/8". (3 1/8" in a circle) Possibly Lil" Indian or Ruttman ? I hope someone here has seen these before.
